Gulemye Isaac is a seasoned public health professional with 14 years of experience designing and managing health projects that improve access for underserved communities. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he is a co-founder and the Executive Director of Anchoring Communities Uganda.

Isaac is a passionate advocate for Gender and Health Equity, with a focus on creating projects that address intersecting inequalities. He aims to ensure equitable and timely access to inclusive, high-quality health information and services for everyone.

Known for his collaborative approach, Isaac excels at building supportive environments where diverse teams can unite to achieve shared goals. He holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences and a Master of Public Health.
